We
know how important your wedding day is to you and we deliver
only the highest quality products. However, if you have a
concern or receive a damaged item, simply contact us and we will
be happy to give you directions for returning your item. We
believe that one of the keys to success is great customer
service, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any
questions or concerns.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we have set a
couple guidelines pertaining to returned product.
* All returned items must be accompanied by their original
packaging.
*All returns must be accompanied by a Return Permit Number. You
must contact us to receive your permit number within 2 days of
receiving your order.
If your wedding is less than 3 weeks away, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to ensure availability. Not all items are stocked at our location and some may take 3-5 weeks for delivery.
*Personalized items are non-returnable.
When ordering personalized items, please double check spelling
and capitalization. Items will be printed EXACTLY as you type
them in. We do however make an effort to verify unusual
spellings by phone to avoid misprints.
If you wish to see our items in person, you can visit us at any
of the bridal shows listed on our upcoming events page. Just let
us know ahead of time which items you want to see and we will do
our best to have them available. We also offer private home
shows to the Greater Grand Rapids Area. For details on these
options please contact us.
You may request a sample of up to 3 colors of our Rose Petals.
Just send us an email and we will send the samples out to you.
Be sure to include the color(s) desired, your mailing address, name, and phone number
in your email.
